Continuous and Cost-Effective Solutions Deliverer

I provided consultancy, training, and policy advice on the effective removal of disabling barriers to more than 100 managers in the Manchester City Council Housing Department. This work was initially commissioned by Lorraine Gradwell, Former Chief Executive, on behalf of Breakthrough UK Manchester.

Following the successful completion of this project, I was approached by a senior member of the Housing Department management team, who asked me to deliver additional disability awareness training sessions. I agreed and ran group-based disability awareness sessions through my consulting business, Stross-Hypatia, for directors and senior management team members who had not attended my previous sessions.
