GTI Specialist Publishers aka Group GTI
Capital Chances Programme - Talent Management and Governance Advisor
I guided Mark Blythe, Founding Partner of Group GTI, and Helen Bostock, Vice President and Head of Graduate Marketing EMEA at JPMorgan, along with five other senior investment banking executives based in Canary Wharf, London, providing advice and training to support the development of a robust, bespoke internship programme. I worked with Group GTI, JPMorgan, and the participating executives to collaboratively create and run an in-person, inclusive pre-internship programme. The aim was to attract underrepresented disabled undergraduate and graduate students to consider careers with the investment banks participating in the taster day.
Group GTI, formerly known as GTI Specialist Publishers, titled our project “Capital Chances for Disabled Students in Investment Banking.”
Over nine months, I conducted a series of formal group and informal one-on-one disability awareness training and coaching sessions. These sessions were delivered not only to senior management teams involved in the project but also to senior human resources executives from the participating banks. The purpose was to raise awareness and address key responsibilities for banks when recruiting disabled graduates into their internship programmes.

“GTI Group's Capital Chances Programme
Not a tick-box - supporting DEI since 1998. Our mission is to help students realise their potential. We support all students in this and have been developing approaches to support and celebrate different student groups since we launched in 1998, well before the term DEI was popularised.“ Group GTI website
